Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg

"If there ever was the perfect winter fun place for kids,this is it. My grandkids loved every min of it. They loved everything,but the magic game was their favored. For us it was great seeing the kids so happy. I really would have loved to have a king size bed, they only have queen. The heater/air was so loud it was hard to sleep. The buffet was OK,nothing grand. The breakfast buffet was good. The water park us nice,but the surf rider was broke. All in all a nice place to go with the kids"

"Great Wolf is a fun trip for the family. The water park covers many ages and is well set up. We just did an overnight trip for something different during the winter and the kids lived it. The staff was friendly everywhere and the water park attendants all seemed to take their jobs seriously, helping people stay safe and have fun. Our room was a great setup for our family of five. The main room had lots of space and a queen size bed, and then there was a small children's "room" attached. This was made to look like a cabin and had bunk beds, a single and a television in it. One thing that could really be improved about the room would be adding places to hang swimsuits to dry. It's crazy that I place with a water park had only a hook on the back of the door and nowhere else to hang things for drying. Can't say anything about the food because we either brought something with us or decided to leave the hotel to find something locally. There are lots of options within 10 minutes. We will certainly go back, either as a day trip or another overnight, this time with some friends."

"The place was nice but the rooms could have used some more insulation between them. We heard the neighbor'a kids fighting late into the night. The lighting in the rooms was odd also, it was either too dark or too bright, but that's not a big deal. We went midweek and would consider that again."

"The microwave in the room is sooooo old. It can't rotate and it burned my cup noodle. It feels very dangerous. The carpet and the pillow feels a bit dusty. The magic quests are very popular. My kids and their friends love this very much. A bubble gun costs $30. Which is just the average price in the gift shop. But the pool is very good. And I believe the life guards are very professional and focused. Food is just at average level."

"Overall great experience vacation experience! They do a good job keeping the focus on kids and family, making all events and attractions suitable for young people. Staff were all friendly, upbeat, and professional. They are accommodating to everyone. Prices were fair on some items but others like beer were way too high for the setting. But overall prices for attractions were reasonable and comparable to other places. We were very impressed with the amount of things to do at the water park. They packed a lot in that small space. I would suggest they offer other food items to be purchase besides just pizza. The kids had a blast! We will definitely be going back."
