"Must visit this place!! Took our daughter for her birthday and it was by far the best escape room we have ever been to. We recommend the Chesapeake Bay Butcher, and yes it is scarier than your local haunted house. The staff was also great didn’t catch the young ladies name but she did a great job in making sure we had a good time!"

"Wow! Our party of four did the Chesapeake Bay Butcher room and it was a blast! Finished with three minutes remaining and were challenged the entire time. Scares throughout and messed with your minds even when quiet. Our Colonial Escape Room Assistant didn't offer help beyond what they expect so she really let us solve this on our own even when our time was getting short. She was fantastic! Highly recommend this company and especially this room."

"When you first walked in, it looked pretty small, but when you go onto the escape room, you really enjoy all the work that went into making the story a success. They have hidden clues and keys that unlock those different pieces to make the game exciting. It was great. Take a few people with you and have fun. We chose Cyber Punk, and y'all, it didn't disappoint. If you like escape rooms then this is one for your."

"We had a fantastic experience with the Chesapeake Butcher this past week! Three of us (with lots of escape room experience) felt like it was one of the best we’ve done. The room was incredibly detailed and the ambiance was like being immersed in a haunted house for an hour! The staff was wonderful and I would highly recommend this company (don’t underestimate them based on the building itself!) The locks, clues and puzzles themselves were varied and logical, pairing with the story very well. I would recommend groups of 3-4 for this particular room, and ages 16+ since it can definitely get intense! (Don’t drag anyone along who hates horror movies because they will probably be miserable lol) I’m sure their other rooms are fantastic as well, and if I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be sure to book them all!"
