"Must been a new female working this morning who clearly don't pay attention. I clearly asked for Newports short in the soft pack since they are a little cheaper right now. This lady still give me the box SMH. Then I asked for my receipt & she standing there looking dumb because she was balling my receipt up in her hand. She asked another employee how to reprint the receipt. I normally don't have issues at this location but this morning pissed me off & why none of the other 5 employees was on the register.."
"Has anyone else noticed a sharp decline in our neighborhood 7eleven? I tried to talk to the new manager Whitney about a few complaints I had and she droned on and on about everything from her drug addiction to her assistant manager Keith's armed robbery convictions never addressing my complaints. All I wanted to know is why there's never any milk or donuts anymore or sandwiches or my cigarettes or why the new employees can't run the lottery machine. If it wasn't for the employees in the evenings and after school, I wouldn't go here anymore at all!"
"Always closed from 130 am till 5 or 6am on Fridays or Saturdays. You only need to restock the shelves once a month and that store never gets robbed. Amazon employees always take lunch at 11pm and the old black guy who works night there usually puts food on there for us but if anyone else is working then there no fresh food at that time."
"Was listening to employee Michael Noel talk about his recent bout with covid-19. I noticed while he told his tale, he was cooking food to put in a display case and for a customer. HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK! Between ringing up customers and going back to cooking food HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS! This is the same kid who hides in cooler trying to scare people as they open door to grab a drink. He yells Hooty Hoo and amuses himself while poor girl at register is forced to work alone while there's a line of people waiting to check out and get back to their jobs This store is really going down hill. I've shopped here for twenty years, and like the rest of my church congregation, I think I'll have to switch to WaWa."
