Town Center Urgent Care

"They close @8 and refused to see me at 6:45 and there was no one else there… on a Monday!!!! So what is a person to do go to the emergency room? When it really is not an ‘emergency… some people have work schedules and they go by the time you have listed on your door and website!"

"This is not the first time this has happened to me here. On Sunday they are open until 6 and I got here at 5 and they registered and seen the woman in front of me and then told me they didn’t have room for anymore today. I understand that happening once in awhile but one time I didn’t even make it through the doors and they locked it an hour early. This town is bad enough when your sick hoping to find someone that will see you or can figure out what’s wrong but this is just ridiculous. I don’t have a ride so I had to pay someone 10 in gas just to get up here 3 hours later to have them close the door in my face."

"Went this morning 1st to register and 45 minutes later they called 3 people that had registered after me and the nurse practioner only spent 2 to 3 minutes with me and never gave me a diagnosis after covid test was negative, I have never had this happen before when I went there previously and I don't think I will go back. You should take longer with the patients and at least hear their symptoms."

"When this Urgent Care first opened, I must admit, I was skeptical. And for a while I did have to deal with subpar NP’s. Then I came one day a little over 6 months ago and was seen by Leah Jessee, FNP... I have always dreaded going to the doctor and still it isn’t fun - of course - but I have never been to a doctor or NP that I felt was genuinely concerned, until I saw her. She was able to help me with thyroid concerns (went the extra mile and contacted specialists on my behalf for second opinions, asked that I see a specialist and helped me recognize the importance of attendance due to finding I had Hashimoto’s disease), found and helped with kidney stones, and was able to definitively help with other health concerns. It’s because of her recommendations that I have changed my PCP and am continuing care appropriately with a doctor there - as they now offer that, which makes life easier for me. Other things to be said... when I walk in, I feel comfortable and know the staff, am at ease and have always been treated with respect, and never have to wait long - and if I do they now let you wait in the car as they have remote devices that buzz when it’s your turn to be seen if you don’t wish to wait in the waiting room. My family and friends (as I refer often) now attend urgent care and I insist that others go here because of the treatment that I have received. Without a doubt the best. It doesn’t feel like an urgent care after you get called back to do the regimented weight, temp, oxygen, and blood pressure check. All the staff that I have seen are great, knowledgeable and really show interest in the improvement of their consumers and patients seen - which says a lot in regards to congruency and continuance of care."
