"Made an appointment and still had to wait. I asked for a certain shape but they ended up cutting my nails too short to actually do the shape that I asked for. Nice people and I know they're always so busy but still I would like to get what I want if I'm paying that much for it."
"I have used these people a few times and each time I remember why I no longer got there. This past time was the worst pedicure that I have ever had. Not only that we were there for 3 hours. Terribly over priced for mediocre work. Not worth your time or money. But unfortunately there aren't many other choices in the area and they know it. I paid $58.00 for a 40 dollar pedicure. Still not sure where the other $18 dollars went to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"I got my nails done yesterday and the art looks like a kindergarten done it, I showed him a picture of what I wanted he gave me the impression he could make it look similar. The shape is even off. Too bad I can't post a picture. I wasn't able to even talk to him throughout my visit be6he stayed on the phone the whole time besides when he stopped to text or maybe he was looking up how to even do nails. I'm very disappointed 60 dears wasted. I'm going to have to find someone to fix this mess"
"I love the people their work is AMAZING. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is for two reasons. One when I go in and say I want something they will for about ten minutes try to "sell" me on other things such as a pedicure, designs, lotion, tanning etc. I just think that's tacky because most everyone knows when they go to a nail salon why they are there and what they have time for. Second, their work is amazing however this is the most expensive place I have ever in my life went to. Their prices are at least 25 to 40% higher than anywhere else I have been too. I think some of this is because they know their work is good AND they know they are only one of two salon in the area to perform this service."
