"The Manager (Indian Lady) is rude. I was in there this morning around 7:30ish buying things to start my day. When at the register no one was there so I gently slide a basket to the side so I can view what was in the scratch ticket window. To my surprise the lady who obviously has social issues came from no where yelling at at me and told me not to do that. I asked am i breaking something then she just walked off. I may never return to this establishment because I am not a fan of giving my money to businesses that don't respect me or people that look like me. I am almost certain that if i was a white guy or a person of Indian decent that altercation would have never occurred."

"The cashier who claims to be the ‘owner’ is extremely rude with a terrible attitude. She seems to enjoy arguing with customers with a grin on her face. After responding to her rudeness, she seemed to think I should be impressed by her claims of being the owner. I don’t expect much from a 7-11 but I don’t think it’s too much to ask as a customer that instead of getting smart, she should do her job, press the buttons on the cash register and thank customers for her patronage. This woman has issues."
"I’ve had several incidents here that made me feel uncomfortable. First things first, why is that every other 7-11 in northern Virginia accepts my passport as form of identification, but tonight the employee refused to accept mine? The issue seems personal at this point. They are only nice to me and flirtatious when my black boyfriend is not with me. That is absolutely absurd and that 7-11 that is right next to the crown plazas parking garage should definitely clean house and start all over again. They’re customer service is absolute trash."
"The type of people that work here don't have a concept of good customer service. The store is gross. The staff is on the phone all the time while ringing you up. How about saying "thank you." Suppose this is what happens when people come from a place with no concept of good...or just half decent customer service, or cleanliness."
