"I had my wedding ring fixed there a diamond came out. They fixed it came out less than a week. Went back again he fixed same diamond again and it came out again never again will use that place that guy doesn't know what he is doing he said he learned from a cousin for a couple weeks before he started doing himself years ago he tried to blame it on me hitting it on something but I haven't said it came a lose cause it's so small"
"The gentleman working was able to replace and install my watch battery quickly and inexpensively. I came to this jeweler after the mall department store where I purchased my watch refused to change it, citing current (COVID) policies, even though I waited 10 minutes in line while a woman was trying on watches in front of me (what’s the difference?). They at least recommend me to this kiosk. The healer even set the date and time for me, which was a nice touch! I’ll use this business for my future watch-related service needs."
"This place was recommended to me from the puppy store. I had a watch I had bought I truly truly loved. I was a little hesitant at first because of the one good review one bad review. However, I really really wanted links took out of my watch. So I decided to go. He performed the service in front of me. Took each link out and had me try it on to see if I wanted another. He was such a nice man. I will truly be back if I ever have other jewelry repair or watches to be sized."
"I lost a necklace that my dad gave me when I was 7 years old. I lost it when I was 13 and found it 7 years later. I had my clasp repaired and they also offered to clean my necklace free of charge. When I picked up my necklace it looked like the day I just got it. Other than the service this store is owned and run by a family that's very hardworking and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Would recommend for any jewelry needs."
