"I went in this afternoon looking to buy my first revolver. I've researched it for weeks and sportsman's warehouse always has the one I want in stock. At least in most locations. The guy behind the firearm counter asked if he could help me and when I told him my price range ($500 or less), he said everything he had was right on the line of my budget. So that's fine. Then he wouldn't elaborate as to whether or not they had my desired gun in stock or not. Or even tell me about the ones that were also in my price range. Kind of just left me standing there trying to read price tags from 10ft away. Maybe the other sales guys are better, I don't know. But completely unhelpful is how I'd describe my visit there today."

"ordered a shotgun and picked it up in this store, when it arrived at the store I was given the option to schedule a time for pickup which i did just to see how that would go. The layout of store was spacious and I did not wait long to speak to someone in the gun section to pick the shotgun up after arriving on time. Will definitely consider using sportsman's warehouse again."
"The local employees here are knowledgeable and eager. The corporate side lacks somewhat in terms of rules of engagement, face to face customer service but that's because it's a giant corp. and pretty much the norm these days. Overall this place can't be beaten on new products."
