"I have visited Finks on multiple occasions. Rose and the other staff have been great to us and wonderful to work with. They took about 45 mins with me and helped pick out my first Rolex purchase. I did have a wait period, but sure enough the call came and my watch was there. When Christmas came around I knew exactly who to go see and my wife will agree! Rose showed me multiple necklaces and I ended up selecting a few. Let’s just say it was a wonder Christmas this year! The customer service you receive is phenomenal and very personal. "Let me be transparent-- my wife and I were considering buying our wedding bands through an online vender (I won't name them...). We figured we would be saving money by doing so. Brother, I can't tell you what fools we were to think that after we checked out Fink's. The quality of materials, choice of products, and customer service is unmatched at Fink's. Oh-- and it was REMARKABLELY less expensive than what we were looking at through the online competition. We definitely saved a few thousand dollars buying our rings here and we got exactly what we wanted. My wife and I are over the moon about Fink's... can't recommend them enough."
