"I gave them a 3 star review because of nice staff but poor service as others pointed out. Many times I've had my physician fax them my prescription, call Kroger and they acknowledged they received it. Then they say when it will be ready and it isn't. Many times I then call, I'm told it's ready and upon arrival an hour or two past the ready for pickup time and it's not ready. Now I call twice: first for the pickup time and again before going to get it. I get person's name. That usually works. It's an unnecessary hassle but their prices are good. If they fixed that problem I'd give them 5 stars."

"This pharmacy just told me they are 5 days behind when I called to see if prescriotions wete ready for my husband for me to pick up on the way home from his surgery.. They take days to get prescriptions ready no matter what and they always have an excuse. We are switching ..terrible service!"

"Half of my interactions here - it’s like they have absolutely no clue what’s going on and the other half are so rude that I wish I could talk with someone else. They’re consistently late even after having my script for days, they never coordinate with dr. offices like other pharmacies. They do not answer simple questions I have about my medications. They were so vague and unhelpful at one point I called my friend who used to be a pharmacy tech and now works in health insurance. She could not understand why the folks here didn’t run my medication through my insurance and when pushed about it they were just running it through a discount card and not my actual insurance. My friend said switch pharmacies ASAP which I will, this location is closer to my work but not worth the consistent hassle. Yes, this industry is frustrating but I have no idea why you would go into this line of work and not do your job and then also make it harder on others."
