"I have participated in several of Eka's events over time--from beginners energy training to a Valentines Day course for couples to a group work in nature. Most recently I requested a day designed just for me. I wanted to deepen my spiritual practice and boy did Eka deliver! She covered all the bases--ahead of time, emailed me some very thoughtful and thought provoking pre-meeting questions so she would understand what I was looking for, but that also really helped me discern what I wanted. The day of, provided a beautiful custom experience which was exactly what I needed and more. She was extremely generous, not only in the time she spent with me but in the gifts I took home with me! She also thoughtfully asked ahead of time about dietary needs. The theme that runs though all of this is the thoughtfulness--she puts a lot of herself into everything that she does and really cares about you and will align her energy with what you need. "I have chronic lower back pain and my usual home care regimen was no longer working except for brief periods of time. Then I sustained a fall that seemed to put all my joints out of whack to the point I often needed to use a cane. I had a session with Eka that immediately straightened me out—I felt my spine open and return to alignment. I did have a few hours later that day where I felt I returned to my previous state (maybe didn’t up my fluids enough?) But since then, I have felt mostly pain free.
