The institution prides itself on being dedicated to the welfare of their students and families, offering an Excess Accident insurance policy for each participant.

Late payments are subject to a $10 fee after the 2nd week of classes, and returned checks will incur a $30 fee. Students can start classes at any time on a space available basis, with prorated fees. The institution does not offer refunds, except in cases of inclement weather closures, where make-up classes will be provided. Discounts are available for additional children from the same family or for students taking multiple classes per week.

Recommended attire includes leotards for girls and T-shirts and shorts for boys. Progress reports are given every fifth week to track student achievements and areas for improvement, while awards are given every seventh week to recognize student participation and accomplishments. In case of inclement weather closures, information will be posted on their website and Facebook page, with make-up classes provided. Public and private school closings do not affect their schedule.

They also don’t give you a refund if you’re in the middle of an 8 week session which is paid for up front. I keep hoping that things will improve and my daughter will gain a new skill at a new session, but it all stays the same."

"I absolutely love ROG culture and instructional system. My 5 year old started this year, pre COVID era and though her class naturally got interrupted like the rest of other businesses, the staff at Richmond Olympiad went above and beyond to help parents and families stay physically active and connected. I would get emails for yoga sessions to try with my kids. Aside from this experience which definitely solidified my likeness of the business, they adopted several measures to make sure kids and families were safe while exercising once the facility opened up. The dynamics of the classes are pretty well thought. The kids do not stay in just one place doing all the exercising, but moved around as it were a giant obstacle course, each section emphasizes a specific skill. This dynamic way of conducting the lesson keeps my hyper daughter on track, as she doesn't have a minute to get bored. The hour goes by really fast!"
