"Shipper is 24/7 i arrived a day befomy appointment. Check in by entrance . Go straight colse to the end of driveway. Slide tandems., drop it. Come to bobtail parking thry will call you once loaded. So organized will come again"
"Can't complain. Appointment was at 1300 but I didn't arrive until 1330. Was skeptical because the line was a little long. But they do have two lines. It went by pretty quickly. You have to pull to the stop sign first before checking into the guard shack. They had my load completed around 1525. When you have a 'Live Load' you drop your trailer and go to the bobtail location across from the Driver's Lounge. Driver's lounge is next to the stop sign where you pull to at the entrance."
"2nd time I've been here for a drop and hook. Employees are super friendly, but I have never in my life seen a check out line this long. Its literally wrapped from the entire length of the building, throughthe back lot, then up the length of the building again. I've been in line for 30 minutes and I've barely made it through the back lot into the main line."
