The Mermaid Factory is a one-of-a-kind gift shop and paint-your-own art studio located at 919a West 21st Street in Norfolk, Virginia. Our handmade plaster products serve as the perfect canvas for your creativity, with safe and easy-to-use acrylic paint, glitter, and embellishments available for you to create your own masterpiece. Whether you're looking to create a personalized keepsake or pick up a unique nautical gift, we have a wide variety of options including mermaids, dolphins, starfish, octopus, sea turtles, sharks, seahorses, and narwhals. If you're short on time, we also offer to-go kits for painting or gifting.
