"Can’t give it five stars! Food was good, not great but I was expecting good and received it. Boarding/Disembarking the ship was well organized. Staff was VERY nice. We booked a Dinner Cruise in December. My tickets stated Dinner Cruise. In reality it was a Party Cruise in December. Can’t speak to other times of the year. There was one large and one small party going on. We had no problem with that. Seeing everyone dancing and having fun was a joy. I took one star because the music was LOUD! It was loud enough that I had trouble conversing with my wife a foot away from me. Know where it was the loudest? -107 dB. I measured it. The bathroom. The music was very good. But WAY too loud…and I’ve stood in front of speakers at a Halestorm concert in the past eight years. I suggest one of two actions: The company should drop advertising as a “dinner cruise,” maybe Party Cruise with a meal. Or you avoid certain times of year with this company. However, knowing what I know would I not have booked it? I would have. Meal didn’t really sit right but being able to go to the top deck or back to watch the lights was memorable. Would I book it again? Never!"

"More like 3.5 rounded up. We took my parents here for a mother's day celebration (not on mother's day). We had a good time. The food was good but be prepared to wait a bit to be invited up to the buffet line. We were right beside the dance floor so the music was a tad overwhelming but the DJ was entertaining. The best part was after the meal going to the top deck! I will say my main complaint was the drink. I ordered what was listed as a $20 drink on the menu, when it arrived at the table it was HUGE in one of the souvenir glasses and at the end of the evening was billed for a $50 drink. Either way it was a good drink and luckily I was with my family so they enjoyed it too. I'd say our waiter was just a little under-experienced. I'd definitely recommend for a one time special occasion event!"

"Great dinner cruise although a little on the pricey side. Food was great, service was really good as well, even though we only had 1 server working our deck. The entire 1st deck of the boat was a high school band trip. I'm so thankful they kept them separate for the meal, however, they all ended up on the top deck afterwards. It was definitely not the romantic sunset cruise that we had hoped for. I'm not digging the company or the kids at all, they deserve the business and the kids deserve a nice trip. Just be aware there are others in the boat that aren't planning the exact same evening as you are. I think my only 2 complaints would be they packed us all into one section of tables. I understand the need to make it convenient for the server but it was shoulder to shoulder for us. Space between patrons would have been nice. The other was the DJ playing only fast songs. Perhaps he played some sort romantic songs while we were upstairs, if so, I apologize, but a couple of slow songs to dance to would have been a nice addition."
