"My first time to this venue was less than it could have been. The staff helped to alleviate my frustrations and got everything back on track. I WOULD highly recommend the management to clean the bathrooms, and to make sure the theater's temperature suits the patron's choice of dress. Asking the paying audience to dress formally on a chilly, brisk day outdoors, then having the heat in the theater in the 70s+, makes for a sweaty, uncomfortable 2.5 hour show. As I said at the beginning of this review, the staff responded professionally, and remedied that issue immediately. Overall, it was worth the time, and I'm sure we'll be back."

"Season ticket holders here having sat it a variety of locations over the years (except floor first ten rows). Very few “bad” seats. I will say the layout of the 3rd floor is not conducive to the intermission if you want to go to the bathroom. Each side only has the bathroom for one gender so you have to go downstairs to use the bathroom more than likely. You can get the Broadway cup and bring it back for reduced pricing refills, would be great if offered same for popcorn. I do have to say in case you were never told appropriate attire for Broadway shows- especially opening night does not include cut off jeans, sagging jeans (honestly jeans at all), T-shirts, camisoles, street corner attire. If you’re going to wear jeans they should be clean and well fitting & paired with a dressier shirt."

"I grew up in the area so needless to say I grew up going to the Chrysler hall and scope, from the circus to concerts to plays. It's a great place. Could use some updates but still nice. They could definition lower some of the prices on their concessions, just outrageous prices. Went to see Beetlejuice great show but felt for the money we paid lost a lot of the effects due to the size of the theater after reviewing other venues."

"Went to go see A Christmas Carol. I had seen it before in Denver Colorado, but this version was a little bit different in a great way. The staff greeting me with a smile and help me find my seat with no problem. I truly enjoyed this version. The best one, I have seen yet. The character’s for the ghost are really good and animated. Christmas present had an amazing singing voice. This play definitely puts you in the holiday spirit. Great show."

"We went to see Hamilton here and absolutely loved our first time at theater. I knocked down a couple of stars mostly because the seats were tiny and if you needed to get out of your seat, everyone in the entire row would have to stand up. Once you're in there, you're committed. There's also no cup holders so you better hold that glass of champagne or beer and hope it doesn't spill if you put on the floor. The restrooms were also lacking, when there's a break in the play. The line wraps around the building to the bathroom. Besides that, everything was very clean. Lots of art and beautiful chandeliers."
