"Lynn was fantastic! She was so patient with my indecisiveness and showed me many options. She also suggested that I try the pendant on a different chain because I wasn't sure about the yellow gold. I had my 2 young kids with me, and another employee was so sweet showing them how they clean the jewelry and answering their 10,000 questions. The store was clean and inviting, and The Pinnacle has a lot of great stores. I would definitely return to this Kay's!"

"If I could rate a zero I would. This is the worst store I have ever dealt with!! My husband has purchased here a white topez bracelet that got broken within a week. And now the stones are cloudy! I needed a gold bracelet repaired and I wanted it to have gold added to make it stronger. I paid 155.00 to repair my bracelet and the cheap creeps used my gold from my bracelet and hollowed out my gold ball bead because of the Horrible job they did. Now tough luck is the answer from them WOW this place sucks!! They ruined my bracelet!!"
