"Great customer service!!! I dropped my rings off to get rhodium plated early in the week and was told they would be ready Saturday. I came to pick them up and there was some confusion but they were still able to get them to me by the end of the day! I was originally told by our normal local jewelry store that it was a 3-4 week wait which was just way to long for us. Stellar customer service and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you"

"Gingers Jewelry is the ONLY jewelry store in Roanoke Virginia, that I trust. My husband started buying me small pieces back in 1988. I still wear my diamond and ruby ring. I cherish everything that has been purchased from her store. Each piece is unique and special. I know that there is not going to be a lot of duplicate pieces. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I know that if I left a piece for repair, the stones and piece is safe and secure! I trust Ginger and her staff to help guide in my needs. They are all very good at “homing in” on what would look very nice! Her prices are reasonable and not over charged. I feel like you get a full dollar for your purchases!
