"I needed 2 aluminum chairs assembled. I called him Friday around 1930 and I could tell by his voice over the phone that he was a people- person. He said he'd be here Monday after lunch. He arrived with a polite and helpful young man. They were both highly professional and very friendly. They sat in the finished chairs and I did too. Then they even took the chairs on my patio. I'll use them again if I need to and I'm recommending them also if you need things done--- give A-Handyman a call!"
"Unreliable. I have a rental property in Virginia Beach where I need a lot of work done. The tenant made herself available to allow access. Andrew said he would take a look at the job, and I sent him a detailed list of what we needed. He never called the tenant to schedule, and he never responded to my calls and emails asking for follow up. He should have been professional and courteous enough to just say he isn't interested, rather than tell me one thing, and then blow it off entirely."
