"I am a loyal 5 year client here at Kat nails and from getting my nails and feet done for over 20 years this is yet by far the most amazing salon i have ever visited. From day one The staff has been so welcoming and polite.. not to mention professional. The family environment in this salon is one most nail salons do not offer now a days. I love the fact the associates speak my language as well and explain services prior during and after each visit. I literally can sit in kats chair and trust the process but not choosing a style color nor design and she exceeds my expectations every time. My nail tech knows me better than i know myself at times. "Charges $5 to use nail file on feet?! Shaped toes round when they were square, never asked me how I wanted them done, at check out tried to charge me $5 for removal of nail polish, but.... I did not have any polish when I arrived, my feet were unpolished! Male nail tech shaped multiple nails crooked, I had to take the file to shape evenly, polish on toe came completely off less than 24 hours later. Folks seem nice enough, but need improvement when it comes to actual services being rendered. Check the prices and the math. Never again."
"I really didn't like how my nails came out they were lumpy and the design and shape were not correct. I was heading to the airport so I just paid the $120 and got out of there. Looks nice, people were polite so maybe she was new. Loved my feet though so two stars for that part."
