I don't think they should send an email saying your order is ready for pickup until it is actually ready for pickup. ALWAYS call first and then don't believe them. 4 hours later and still no message of any kind cancelling order."
"Lots of great tools and employees with their face in the phones. I asked where I would find a pulley and she said back wall with attitude. The back wall is 150 feet. Maybe take a second and tell me where o tje back wall. Listen people, life and business is already tough enough. I don't need your horrible attitude when spending my hard earned money."
