"We ordered new cabinets for a full kitchen remodel. We received some within a couple weeks and then we had to go back to the store because they delivered the wrong ones and we were also missing a couple (not cheap with rental to bring back cabinets). After we got everything, we opened them up to install but we found 3 of them were assembled the wrong way and one seemed like it was dropped when delivered. (we spent around 4,000 including fee for in house delivery which they did not do) When we went back to home depot and talked to the customer service we were greeted with rude service. The guy was clearly not having a good day but it's not the customers problem. We showed him the pictures of all damaged cabinets for refund and his response was a cold and rude "what do you want me to do about it?" We were shocked and my husband had to get out for some fresh air. we NEVER BUY CABINETS FROM HOME DEPOT!!!!"
"It is nice to get a discount when you purchase here. The staff are very helpful if you can find them. I have seen that it is less staff during the weekdays after dinner. I highly recommend. The hours are also great!"
"Home Depot Pro services is way better than the arrogant people at Lowe's. They were considerate and understanding. They literally printed my deck and all relevant data to put it together, including a list of all materials needed right down to the last nut, bolt and screw. All I did was give the dimensions. WOW! Thanks Home Depot!"
