"Oceana Cycles has been dealing with this fine local company for 10 years with great results. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. We call in our times for employees and they deliver payroll checks to our business (the candy they put in the envelope is a plus!). They pay the employee withholding taxes to the government. This saves ME time from having to do this so I can keep up with the many other parts of keeping my business running smoothly . I appreciate what they do and putting up with me all this time. Also, they put out a newsletter that is enjoyable to read and informative."

"The company is really good! they are helpful but the if you decide to work with company make sure that you have time to travel to pay them in person when they call you. when I work with company i was still in the building blocks of my business and working my daytime job. so taking off when they call to come the office must be planned. So during a payroll that I had the company charge the account ahead of schedule of the invoice so i call to inform them of this and that the funds will be there on this date. but the ACH went through anyway. So now I had a late fee. they inform me of this and I said that it was OK we have the funds and it would be OK for them to charge the business account so that we can go forward with our daily operations. this where the problems began, so now the third party said that they can't charge our account we have come in the office with a check. So I OK but its going to take some time with my employer. So we complied brought in the amount a few days later as agreed on the phone with personnel and the next day my account was shut down with payroll two days away. So I was stuck with no payroll because the company blind sided me. so be careful and pay early if you can your taxes and there labor because they shut your account down with out notice"

My employees love the ability to clock in remotely using NetClock. They love being able to review their pay statistics online, which has also freed up our HR department. We have never had a problem, and they have always been very flexible when we have special payroll needs. You can't get this type of service from a Wall Street payroll service.
