"I had a truly disappointing experience with United Funding Corp. They tried to manipulate me into writing a positive review by offering a gift card, which immediately raised red flags about their credibility. Moreover, their handling of properties is questionable. I discovered that the property I purchased was placed in a revocable trust without a proper EIN attached to it(you are not the trustee you are only the beneficiary).This left me concerned about the legality and legitimacy of the transaction. What's worse is that United Funding Corp. doesn't seem to care about the value of the properties they sell. They never bothered to conduct an official appraisal before transferring the house over, making me doubt the fairness of the deal. Despite enduring the entire process and selling my house through them, I can confidently say that I would never choose United Funding Corp. again. Their practices are questionable, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate partner."
