"I don't get the bad reviews! My nails look the best I have gotten anywhere close. They are so thin and pretty! I have gone to alot in the area."

"Technician used dirty gloves on me and my friend. He had to pull the fingers of the used gloves out, to don previously worn glove onto his hands. Then he used that same pair of gloves for both of our treatments. He also used the same instruments between, me and my friends nails and feet. I paid for a "spa pedicure" that included 10 sec of hot rocks barely grazed on my feet and no lotion or exfoliation applied. I had to apply the lotion on my feet and legs myself. No massage included. I have dead skin surrounding my nail beds and toes, cuticles ,and dead skin around my finger tips. No exfoliation done whatsoever, and clumped nail polish on nails, and beds. All edges of nails are jagged, and missing polish. When voiced we were unhappy with our service we recieved, we were offered to come back and redo next time, and we said we wouldn't be coming back. This place is disgusting and very poor execution. Waste of our time and money. Now I have to go pay for a real mani and pedi elsewhere. My fingers and toes looked better before walking in to this establishment. I wish I could attach pics because this looks soooo bad."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Not only does it look like a 5 year old painted my nails, Kevin was doing things I’m sure would be health code violations. He pulled a pair of used gloves out of his pocket and proceeded to do my feet, then went from my feet to the customers feet next to me with the same pair of gloves. He walked around the store and touched everything with these gloves, going back and forth between me and another customer WITH THE SAME GLOVES. He then did my nails, with the same gloves. And the other customers nails with the same gloves. He walked outside with these gloves on and to the bathroom. DISGUSTING!!!! He used the same pair of gloves the whole time I was in the salon on multiple people. He shared metal pedicure utensils between me and the customer next to me. When I complained about my nails he said he’d take $5 off and next time he will paint them better. He said because I didn’t get Gel, my nails look like this. He also upcharged me for a spa pedicure but did nothing extra besides rubbing some hot rocks on my ankle for two seconds. He argued with me because I was unhappy with my nails and said a refund isn’t their policy. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!! He also asked if I wanted to leave a tip… absolutely not. I shouldn’t have even had to pay for this!!!"

"At this point i dont care what color you are where you from IF YOU ARE WORKING TO GIVE SERVICES GIVE THE SERVICE YOU CHARGE FOR N EXPECTING PEOPLE TO PAY FOR WE WORK HARD JUST LIKE YOU ALL DO They are very sorry i tried to give them another chance they cant even do basic set of fill-ins. If the nail tech didnt talk to much she probably would have done a better job !!! I had to tell her how to polish my nails n they are CLEAR PINK TOP COATED SHE WAS USING A EMPTY THING OF POLISH IT WAS NOT APPLYING SMOOTH I HAD TO TELL HER PLEASE GET SOME MORE POLISH ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS you are ruining my nails all i wanted was fill in …. SHE APPLIED 4 top coats on a fill in she didnt buff my nails n they are not smooth First she charged me $65 n i stated i will never return n then she continues to Over charge me $60 for a fill in n got upset when i required them to give me $60 service They will rob you for your money because they think everyone n the area is rich They definitely made me remember not to give them another dime or another chance Trash nail shop thats why they have no nail techs !!!"

"I’m so disgusted with the way my nails are done. They are so bulky and not shaped well at all. I asked someone else to fix them and she said, she doesn’t provide the service I’m asking for (ombré)…with an attitude. I was charged $58 for a fill and one broken nail. I’ll never come here again!"
