"I went to get some garden soil and plants at Home Depot at Chesapeake Square ,when during checkout the cashier who goes by the name of Sandy decides that she's having a bad day. She be littled me about what kind of garden soil. She said and I qoute"Everybody always seems to get mad when I ask them all these Damn questions" in front of my 3 year old. . I have bought garden soil (Miracle Gro) brand here for years, and they usually have it stored outside. But she told me it has always been down the mulch isle. I complained about the incident of profanity from a sales rep and the Operations Manager Mr. Bishop did adsolutely nothing. I was told she would be reprimanded, but within 5 mins after she stormed off from our discussion, she was back at the checkout in the garden area. Very unprofessional in my eyes and it seems the management doesn't care. I will spend my hard earned money with better customer service down the street."
