"I walked in around 2 days I waited for about 20 min the lady that I got acted like she didn’t know what she was doing got my color wrong I picked a light red ended up getting burgundy. she messed up on my left hand and made me middle finger ombre instead of my pinky like on my other hand I had to correct her and ask her “are you doing ombre on another finger or?” Because we had literally just discussed what two fingers I wanted it on. On top of all that the pricing was outrageous she was trying to tell me it would be $150 for French tip nails just because I wanted them a lil longer than medium length. My whole point of this comment is because today 2 days later 4 of my nails are already lifting like they’ve been on for a week or two. I had to cut one of them today because it lifted almost all the way off my original nail ladies go somewhere else if u want a good job done on your nails I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what I did especially for no $91. Replying to there message here since I can’t reply to there’s directly but I most definitely did tell u the mistakes u made. Told u about the color asked u about the length you were trying to tell me that that’s all I could get because my budget was $90 to spend so basically 90 there is just one color if your getting your nails a little longer than medium length??? 90 at the salon on just my nails I was expecting atleast to get something a little more than just a plain color and two fingers ombre and even that was mad expensive for what? I had an exact picture of what I originally wanted French tips that same length with just one finger with 2 jewels on each hand so why would that be $150? that’s over the top for some basic nail shop"

"Cherry did an excellent job on my nails. She was so sweet and caring and got the job done swiftly and perfectly. I got the Ombré nails with a design on 2 fingers and a gel pedicure. This was my first time there and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism at this shop. I picked this shop based on reviews and it was apparent that they are good based on the number of people that were pouring in. This is my go to shop forever. "I went as a walk in on a Sunday and got there 30 min after they opened. I had to sit and wait almost an hour to get a seat to soak my old nails off. That took over an hour. Then I got moved to another station where I had to wait about 30 min for the guy to come start on my nails. He was very friendly and talkative which was nice. He did a good job on my nails. The only thing I didn't like was that he didn't do the design on my ring finger like I asked him to. If I could get an apt and not have to wait like that I would go again."
