"So I am leaving a 3 star review because I am finally acknowledging that there is a serious price issue going on with this salon. My niece has had her nails done here 2x’s now and was charged double than what others have been charged. Looking at the reviews and prices compared to what my niece has had done they charged someone way less for similar nail designs. Now my sister and I have both went to get our nails done recently and it was our first time getting our nails done there together. My nails are very simple it’s acrylic with practically a nude clear polish. I usually get my nails more square but the nail tech took it upon herself to choose a shape outside of the shape I came in with. I actually like the shape so am not complaining about that however before the nail tech shapes your nails they need to ask you first because if I didn’t like it she would have had to start all over again or someone else would have needed to replace her. My nails were supposed to cost 35 that’s acrylic fill in with color and yet I was charged 45 and I got a full Brazilian wax and I was charged 90 the most I have ever been charged for a full Brazilian wax is 65 and yet I was charged 90. I also didn’t realize until I went home that when I was waxed my skin got burned and partially pulled off. So now I have to wait for my sun to heal. The prices they have listed are not being followed correctly. The amount they are charging for the service is screwing customers and not honest. I trusted the salon on their charges with my niece until I realized they are charging how they feel rather than what they are supposed to charge. Below is picture of my nails that was supposed to be 35 but I was charged 45 I also gave a 15 dollar tip. If this salon doesn’t start honoring it’s prices it will become bad for their business."

"Alright so. I went in there to get medium length acrylic nails with a black French tip. The lady who did them was friendly. But she was extremely rough on my nails. She cut my skin and my cuticles are extremely tore up and red. I let her continue anyways, but when she finished I thought they looked fine till I got home and looked a little closer. The nails are all different lengths and widths. Along with there is polish all over the nail from it bleeding down into the clear part. I have acrylic all over my fingers/ cuticles. And overall I paid 80 + a 10 tip. Which for what I got even if they looked good I still think is way overpriced. I went back to get a refund and he stated the only way he’d give me a full refund is if I sat down for an hour or so to get them removed. With the current state of my hands/nails, I didn’t think that was a good idea since they are already tore up and extremely painful to even touch. He refunded me $40 plus my $10 tip. I do not recommend this nail salon at all. There are plenty of other places to go that will do a much better job and for cheaper."

"This is the second time that Tram has done my nails and I have to tell you she is amazing! A true artist, she takes her time and does nail art to perfection! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails because of her artwork. The shop is clean and everybody is friendly. I highly recommend!"
