"Tracy was very helpful on Friday. She helped me sent out four packages of homemade Christmas cookies to relatives across the country ( CA, WI,IL,VA). While one package was successfully delivered on Monday in San Francisco, the other three have yet to arrive. USPS tracking says one package was delivered in Richmond, but the security camera at the residence recorded no such delivery."
