"What a great time! I was a bit apprehensive about controlling the e-bike but Amy and Company put us at ease, gave us great direction and off we went. Fun fun fun! Loved it all! The helmets were mesh networked together so we could talk to each other, which really amped the enjoyment! They made sure we were equipped for a fun afternoon!!! "Pedego Electric Bike Norfolk, I cannot write enough wonderful things about the entire crew and quality of the product. However, this is a review and not meant to be a novel so let’s get to it! 2 months of research on electric bikes Opportunity to ride for an hour plus, two brands of bikes RAD and Pedego. After researching and riding both brands we decided on the Pedego brand. However, still uncertain about investing what would be the most ever paid for a bike. Visited the Pedego Norfolk store several times before purchasing. Although I spoke to different staff members throughout my store visits, including the owners. The level of care and expertise was consistent and unmatched! The numerous product models and options for Pedego seemed overwhelming. The knowledge and the time the staff took to learn more about us made finding the perfect bike very easy. Summary 3 bikes were purchased – me, wife, and son. My son is a freshman in college and absolutely loves having his bike on campus! For my wife and I, we love our bikes, we love the service, and the quality of the bikes. And who were once strangers at a retail store feel like family to us. I cannot think of any purchase large or small that I have enjoyed as much as my Pedego bike!"
