"This was our first time at this office and my husband was there for an epidural injection. Best experience we could’ve had! From the front desk being welcoming and answering any questions to Tuajuana taking us back to the room and explaining what was going to happen at said appointment. Then Dr. Nazmi came in and was very informative and answered all the questions we had. My husband said he was quick, precise, and professional during the injection."
"We were referred by our PCP because my partner was having severe spinal pain after a recent surgery. Found out the Admin office values paperwork over patient care. First, they sent it by Text. After spending too much time completing it, when you hit the Submit button the program didn't work. We contacted the office a week in advance and requested that it be sent to our email. However when we arrived at our scheduled appt we were told it was sent the day before. They insisted that we complete it again. We did by text in the office and it didn't work so they had us complete it on their tablet. After an hour of completing the paperwork we were told we could not see the doctor and told to reschedule. Left feeling bad and as a result, contacted our doctor and asked for another referral. Extremely disappointed with the service."
