"It is very hard for parents to leave their child with someone all day long, but Primrose has exceeded our expectations and more. Our son has really bonded with his teachers and friends in his class. He comes home with new songs or words every day. The phone app is easy to use and we get constant updates throughout the day. We have been truly amazed with his learning since being at Primrose. We have also been very happy with the communication and friendliness of all the staff and directors at Primrose."

"We really wanted to like it here. Unfortunately, we did not. Communication was less than stellar; we had several revolutions of teachers come through our classroom - once we weren't informed a teacher left, another time when two teachers left we were fed several different stories regarding the circumstances of their departure. The energy was chaotic and definitely had the feel of a clique amongst staff and administration. Our daughter hated going; didn't realize how much she hated it until we started the new school. They would share classrooms in the midst of the pandemic, which we were not informed of and my daughter had a covid exposure from a kid from another classroom bc of that (we have family who are immunocompromised so we have been very diligent about minimizing exposure). The teachers are sweet, but this place isn't well managed. We are glad to be gone and would encourage you to look elsewhere if you're considering sending your child(ren) there."

"5 stars is not nearly enough for Primrose at Swift Creek. Our son has done a complete 180 in behavior and developmental progress in just two weeks! Tantrums have reduced from 4-5 a day to next to none, and he is saying and repeating words we've never heard him use. He is once again our singing, eager to read to us, happy little man, and is finally excited to "go to kool!" (school). Previously at a different care facility, drop-offs were a nightmare, with sobbing and kicking; now, he claps and runs to class to Ms. Mills with excitement. For less than what we were paying elsewhere, he now receives two full meals a day with two to three snacks provided, his very own backpack, and an activity-filled day in and outside, complete with songs we now have to look up to sing along with him to (thank God for no more baby shark). We are above and beyond happy with Primrose, and we are enrolling our newborn in the program this summer with great anticipation. Their teachers, management, and staff are top of the line - you won't regret enrolling your child."
