"We had our roof replaced almost 2 months ago with Cenvar. Overall, we are very pleased. But a couple of little details keep me from a 5 star review. First, I was told by the project manager (can't remember his name) that he'd come by the day after completion for a walk-around. I was happy for this because I had a couple of questions on some small, small details. But never heard from him. A couple of days after that, someone in the office called for an oral survey, in which I said I was very satisfied save for the walk-around which hadn't happened. She said he'd call right away. Heard nothing still. Second, and this is fresh, is a dangerous situation from some lack of detail with the project. On our house, we had a brick chimney come up through the center of the house that was for an old oil burner. As this had been the source of a lot of roof leakage with the old roof, we had the chimney removed by Cenvar as part of our roof replacement. That was a tough process, but we were pleased with the results. But today, as I have a plasterer in the house repairing some of the ceiling damage caused by the old roof, he almost got clocked in the head by a mass of brick falling out of the attic as he tore out a small section of ceiling. It made a hellacious noise as it hit the floor (damage to which is yet to be determined, but it's in a closet, so I'm not too distressed). But that could have seriously injured the guy doing the work. I alerted him to the fact that there might be some debris, which would be normal - but an 8 pound chunk of a brick remnants? That's not okay and shows a bit of lagging attention to detail. I get it - the last 5% of a job's detail takes a lot of time...but it's the details that separate good from great. I've put a photo of the brick chunk."

"CENVAR did an outstanding job installing our new roof. Christian, the project manager, kept me well informed throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. The crew worked hard from early morning to dusk and finished the job on time. They did a great job cleaning up when the work was completed. We couldn’t be happier!"

"Our roof had suffered significant wind damage and it was time to replace it. I got quotes from 6 roofers, and technically Cenvar wasn't the cheapest, but when you factor in the 50 year non-prorated warranty, they were the smart choice. I was initially told there would be about a 4 week wait, but they were able to move me up the schedule by a week, and could have moved us up further, but their availability the previous week clashed with our schedule, which they were more than happy to work around. They got the roof done in a day, which was pretty impressive. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up afterward, and even did the cleaning "out of order" to clean so we could get our car out of the carport. The crew was friendly and helpful, and the project manager checked in with me the next day to make sure I was happy with the outcome. The roof looks great!"

"Cenvar was great working around my busy schedule and the weather delays. Once started the workers did a tremendous job, removing old shingles, replacing numerous roof sheets, replaced two vents, and one sky light, and replaced vent boots. Extended ridge vent all the way across the roof ridge. Overall a quick and beautifully done job. Looks much better than the original roof. Christian did a great job keeping me informed as the job progressed and went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the job they have done. I would highly recommend Cenvar to anyone who wants roofing work done by very skilled and professional roofers. I love the Harbor Blue shingles we chose also."
