"Just don’t do it, go somewhere else! They ordered double what I needed for a project and won’t take the unused/unopened product back unless I take a loss of $250 for the companies restock/pick up fee. Town and Country were given the dimensions and pictures of the two projects and seemed confident in what they were ordering, that was not the case and I’m sure they’ve pulled this scam on someone else or will in the future. They say it was a “special order” when it was not, there was nothing special about it. It was not cut to specifics or anything, it was just simple tile out of the box that showed up the day after it was ordered. Everyone says to shop local well I did for this and now I’m out over $500 in flooring I will never use. Definitely go out of town for any of your needs and don’t trust this place!"
