"Great customer service. I've gotten my vehicles inspected here for almost 20 . They've always gotten me in and out in a timely manner. No long waits. When I needed new tires last year they were very helpful in helping me decide which tires I needed. The people that work there have always been polite and helpful. I definitely recommend them."

"Took my car there today for a couple repairs bushing on the control arm and tie rod end in the front. Had a hell of a time getting it off and broke the sway bar link but stuff happens when working on something’s with the vehicle. Didn’t mind staying there from 8 am til about 1:30 office was very friendly and as soon as the sway bar link came in they got it out on right away. Car 100% feels a lot better to drive. Had a nice little conversation while I was sitting there waiting. Definitely going back for whatever car repairs I need. 2 repairs done there and nothing to complain about."

"My family and I blew a tire while on the interstate, only the tread came off. Somehow i made it 2 miles to the exit, and tried to take my own tire off, but broke the wheel studs. Stayed the night and went where a stranger bragged about. I understand why he suggested them.... Rex (the manager) answer my call with clear headedness, and knew exactly what to do. He ordered parts (it was a saturday!) and got extra based on what his intuition was - just by the phone call. I somehow got the van to their garage and immediately had Brandon out taking care of my situation. They were super methodical and had me on the road in no time, even fixing my damage. I had to use the spare tire to get home, and then order tires. But i think that was for the best for my pickiness. The repair price was appropriate, and the cleanliness of the waiting area was perfect. Garage was open and modern. Most of all, the professionalism of the manager made me give thought to coming back (an hr from home) just to keep giving them my business. He even gave me good suggestions for new tires. What a great outcome to a rough weekend, they are a 6/5 star place! Thank you Rex and Brandon - real care about customer satisfaction!"

"My first experience with this place was great. Neat clean shop, and waiting room. Honest staff, with reasonable prices. When they set my lugs with a torque wrench instead of an impact, I was sold. They made reasonable suggestions, and only suggested, no high pressure bologna. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs automotive work."

"Alright ya'll, this place is open 24 hours a day! That is amazing to have in a small town like Covington. If you are like me, you do after work projects and realize you need a part, and everything is usually closed. Sure, they may not have every part in stock all the time, but they have an impressive array. Staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. I have seen other reviews saying negative things... it is a small town hardware store. It has its quarks but such a gem of a place for convenience. They allegedly have food too, I have not tried it. Also small engine repaired, and auto shop, those are not open 24 hours."
