It took a bit because we were dealing with insurance, but they came out more than once for estimates, and even took over dealing with our insurance company so we could get what we needed. The 2nd visit he came out with our insurance people and spent nearly 2 hours going over what needed to be fixed...our estimate went from a few shingles needing replaced to a new roof, and we got it covered too! They got the roof done in a day, it looks great, and even put our Christmas decorations back where they were in the yard. Thanks guys!"
