"They LIE LIKE RUGS The most god awful customer service yet. We wanted to keep it local and support our community, so instead of going to a chain, we went to Miller's carpet on main street. When we ordered the carpet, they told us the carpet would be ready in ten days. They took our full payment, and assured us it was ordered. After three weeks I started calling asking where it was. They dodged my calls, failed to return them, and when they did answer, they lied repeatedly about where it was and why it was taking so long for us to get it, blaming shippers.... Then I learned that that they sat on our payment and didn't pay the carpet mill for 25 days and it STIILL had not shipped because they hadn't paid. Don't buy from these people. They LIE. they lie...like rugs."
"We went in today for the first time. Very friendly service and their showroom is very attractive. Both the owners were so helpful. We’re hopeful that we’ll be able to use Miller Carpets to replace our carpets and get wood floors. Stay tuned."
