As we experienced the first time (3 years ago), everything was just fantastic, amazing customer service, extremely responsive and there was never anything that was too much trouble. Albie stayed a few days in boarding once he arrived and we were sent pictures and updates through out the whole process about how he was doing. "Hired Pender AIR to help get my dog from the US to Tanzania. Karla was my point of contact throughout and she was AMAZING. So responsive, organized, and clearly knows her stuff. We communicated through a ton of emails - as I was coming from out of state (USDA certificate done by my home vet in Ohio), boarded the dog with Pender, then Karla took care of all the flight preparation and permits. She reached out to our Ohio vet and made sure they had all the support they needed as well to get the health certificate done on time with clear instructions. Best of all, while my dog was boarding with Pender in the days before his flight, Karla checked on him, spent time with him, and sent photos - giving me great peace of mind as I had to travel out of the country before he did. "We reached out to Pender Air in order to transport our dog Maya to Singapore. My husband and I had never been through the process of sending a pet abroad so we were very anxious, but Pender Air helped to alleviate those worries and give us confidence that our dog would be safe and happy during her travels. The day of drop off was so easy and our typically very anxious and attached dog walked away with the handler like she’d known him all her life lol.
