"I hate to say this but very disappointed last two time. Don't expect top notch service. When I dropped package for India, they didn't tell me there'll be delay due to NY office shut the whole week due to Chinese New Year holiday. Once the package was uploaded in NY with tracking information, it has been more than two weeks and the package is yet not delivered when using SF-Express service. The recipient was called a week ago asking for ID, I don't understand why ID is needed when a package is sent to a business address; secondly the invoice clearly states it's a sample for GCMS testing and has no value so there should be no customs and they should've delivered it instead it's held. I got no phone call that the packet is held up and I don't know where because online tracking says Hong Kong, the customer rep of SF Express says India, another misaligned information. On second occasion I was told the package can be shipped to Pakistan otp, even the website said it can be shipped to Pakistan, showed up at the store and was told they don't ship to Pakistan, the service to Pakistan was discontinued couple of months ago."
