"I contacted this company and was told I had to agree to all the following conditions in order to have a salesperson come to my house. 1. You must agree to a 90-minute presentation, I felt like I was getting ready to buy a Timeshare. 2. You must have everyone in the household that lives their present for the 90-minute interview. Three. You must own your home which is fine because I explained to the lady I did but she said that they couldn't trust people therefore it wasn't going to be just me saying that. 4. You must agree to a hard inquiry credit check for you and your spouse and any other adult in the household. This may only be two to four points on your credit report but it doesn't come back quickly and they don't seem to mind one way or the other. They explained if I did not agree to all those terms they cannot even send a salesperson out. What in the hell has gone on with customer service nowadays, there is none to be seen or found. How does a company even operate under these kind of conditions with no trust for the customer no concern for the customers well-being and no consideration for their needs wants and desires. I would not buy a $2 float from this company and don't really see why anyone would buy anything from them. When did people become non trustworthy to the point where companies had to treat them like we worked for the company and its all the companies benefit rather than a customer. Any way the world is coming to a ahead it's ridiculous. Thanks for the waste of my time on the phone operator of camping pools. SGM P"
