"Went in here looking for a pair of sneakers. Found a pair on sale. Got up to the register and found out they weren't the marked price. Was told they hadn't had a chance to change them all yet. They would not sell them at the marked price."
"Had the rate one star, only because I had to, so I was able to post this! 0 STARS!! ZERO customer service! 2 employees standing at the counter in front....NEVER asked if they could assist me the whole 15 minutes I was there! In the front of the store at the counter EATING! Then on their CELL PHONES. Running in and out of the store front, talking to someone in a vehicle! TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE! Asked about a price on a Nike shoe that was PROMOTED on a table inside the front of the store that had multiple SALE SALE.SALE signs...was told when asked about the price, "oh they are not on sale, the are our best sellers"! ??? Will NOT EVER GO IN THAT STORE...AGAIN! I dont guess they need my money!! Sorry sorry sorry excuse for a shoe store in Orange VA! And, they were the only two employees in the store!"

I love to get lots of shoes for the kids while at the same time they have some real cute Strappy sandles for me, not to mention the adorable selection of Handbags. and please don't get me started on the holiday selections. But, I am dissapointed in the customer service. A lot of the time. I guess I can't expect everything, with such great prices."
