"I live in Florida, and my parents live in Roanoke. My dad told me about this place a couple of years ago, and now, every time I go up there to visit, I come here for work boots. I'm a glazer by trade and needed something versatile for indoor, outdoor. But also well made to protect my feet from glass. The guy here spent about an hour recommending different boots and soles until I set my mind to the thuroughgood moc toe. I have had the soles replaced, and the leather cleaned and conditioned twice. Both times, I find myself amazed at the craftsmanship and skill level of the employees here! A couple of weeks ago, I ran my foot over with my lawnmower. Pretty good, too. Sucked my whole boot into the mower blade. Well, my boot is destroyed, but I still have all my toes. The boot undoubtedly saved my foot! I will attach some photos! Basically, this place saved me my foot! And I'll fly to Virginia to buy work boots as long as they are open for business!!!! Thank you crossroads shoe repair!! From my entire family!"
