"Sub-par shoe shining service. Spots were left on the shoe and had no shine. Shoes are Allen Edmonds Park Ave in Black… should be a simple task. Do not take shoes here if you’re looking for a proper shine. Also only accepts cash and charges $25 for shine. I can get a better shine for cheaper in NYC. Literally did it today."

"Stopped by because I thought I was in need of new soles. Graham was there and said only taps needed. He actually put them on while we waited - just minutes. Great service, friendly and hidden treasure galore for sale. Thank you!"

"I was a thru-hiker on the AT when a raccoon entered my tent (without permission). The raccoon tore a large hole in the tent. My AT guide recommended Graham's for tent and pack repairs. The repair on my tent was done extremely well. I hiked for several hundred miles after leaving Waynesboro and never had any issue with the restored tent. The price was very reasonable and I greatly appreciated the help. Graham's Shoe Service is the best!! "Old School""

"Graham is a stand up guy who cares about his craft and has great prices. He could have charged me for a shoe repair but instead gave me advice that it probably wasn't worth the cost of fixing and saved me money in the long run. The shop is very homey and full of wonderful antiques including an old Singer industrial foot pedal sewing machine which he uses to work! Highly recommend this place."

"I have had repairs to leather hand bags and shoes in the past and was extremely pleased with the service! It is a small locally owned business and I prefer to support local whenever possible. Was it speedy service? No, was it quality repair? Absolutely! The owner was very nice and I'm happy to hear that his son is now his apprentice. Most people buy shoes (or handbags or whatever) and throw them away when they're worn. If it's good leather and can be repaired, I would highly recommend Graham's!"
