"Very poor customer service. I called before approaching the store and spoke with an older white lady. The woman in the midsts of us speaking, hung up in the middle of some questions I was looking to have answered before arriving. Upon entering the store, and getting down to business, I was told $150 was a worthy number for everything I brought in. I had over $700 in card wealth/value, and opposed to actually searching through any of the cards, she wanted to cut me off with her “fair offer”. My point to make is, that IS NOT how businesses is even remotely conducted. I’m not sure if she’s a fill-in for the owner, or maybe somehow connected otherwise; but she is bad for business, and definitely let some potential deal, go right out the window. I will never bring my business back, and would strongly recommend another card shop, that not only conducts better business; but is detailed oriented enough to make better decisions for an establishment pertaining to the public!"
