"I made an appointment while on my way to the location. When I was about 7 minutes away, I received a text notifying me I was next in line (6:29 pm). At 6:36 pm, I was at the locked door pointing to my name on the waitlist screen to show the two employees that I’d made the appointment. Their responses were shrugs and mouthing “sorry”. At 6:53 pm I received a text that read “Sorry you could not make it. Your check in has been canceled. Please check in again here…” I find it remarkably unprofessional to not honor the appointments scheduled, particularly ones that are displayed in the waiting area."

"Absolute terrible experience, I came in with my son and there was only one person working. There was only one person getting their hair cut by the only stylist in the establishment. Two more gentlemen came in behind us and some reservations showed up on the board from online I presume. She finished with the person who’s hair she was cutting and I went first. She dangerously rushed through my hair cut and it is the worst haircut I have ever gotten. She clearly was more concerned about getting to the next customer. She asked if my son was going to go next and it didn’t seem like she wanted to cut his hair and after the hair cut I received the answer was easily no. I live in the area and will not be returning. This place is a joke."
