"Shooo best place to get a haircut. Just see Amber. Hot shave, clean cut, and no hair is too hard to cut. My hair in the back grows in 5 different ways and somehow Amber makes everything look smooth and she takes her time and provides suggestions. Environment is smooth and free drink after a cut is legit. Only thing I would suggest is system to tell you what they did last visit."
"Jessica was so unbelievably accommodating for my son as she fixed a less-than-ideal haircut we got elsewhere. She spent the time encouraging and building up my son, and he left in a great mood! So many other staff members were so kind to him. You all did more than you needed to do, and we so appreciate it!"
"We have been bringing my son here for over two years and are regulars (about every 3 weeks) who consistently pay in cash with generous tip. We typically see Jessica and love her but she was booked so we made an appointment with Angie, who we have also seen a few times before. We were running 10 minutes behind due to a nasty storm which had traffic a bit heavier than usual on 419. I called to let them know we would be 10 minutes late but no one answered. I left a message. As we are pulling in the parking lot, they call me back to tell me that they can not take him because Angie’s next appointment will be here in 15 minutes (30 minute slots). My son receives a buzz cut that takes all of 5 minutes each time we are there. Since we are already there in the parking lot (and there were still 15 minutes left in his time slot), we go in to see if there is anything that can be done as he has school pictures tomorrow (wait for a slot to be fit in, etc?). Angie, the owner, rudely tells us that her next appointment is here and she can not help. I am a small business owner and I now know where to not support."
