"I had a great experience at this store. Hales and Guy helped me with their honest recommendations and expertise. A few weeks back I bought a Cannondale Topstone Gravel bike, I am a beginner. The bike is great no complaints at all, since it has gravel 37 tires I was facing some challenges with the speed, mostly uphill had to put a lot of strength. So I thought of changing it and trading with a road bike. I spoke with Guy over the phone and he asked me to stop by and assured me that they will help with their best available options. I went to the store both Hales and Guy patiently listened to my concern, did some research and offered me their honest recommendations. They advised me if I would trade off the bike at this stage I will lose a lot of money since it's only a few weeks I bought it and it's not worth it unless my plan is to upgrade to carbon steel or e bike, Hales has also recommended that since I am at the beginner stage I should spend some more time with this beginner level bike at this stage and maybe after couple of years plan to upgrade it. So, Guy and Hales both advised me to change it to thin tires to address my concern which will make a huge impact on the speed and have a more light weight feel. Hales has recommended a pair of tires that she used for her bike and then they both did some research and offered me a great deal on those 28 c tires which has saved me saving a few hundred dollars at least and the experience after the new tires is superb, Guy changed the tires and advised me to use my original tires during winter because it's advisable and safe to use those during winter. I can't thank them more and I'm happy about their service. It feels like the bike runs perfectly on an all new machine now, it feels light weight especially uphill I do not have to put a lot of pressure. Both of them have also explained to me and shared a few tips for my riding. Altogether it was a great incredible experience. I am looking forward to having more business at this store.
