Hagen is a great instructor (he is also the owner) and takes a very personalized approach to new divers getting certified and becoming truly ready to enter the world of diving. This made my first diving experience very safe and memorable. Big shout out also to his team- Brandon, Zack and Gary for helping our group get certified! They are highly experienced technical divers and instructors with well over a 1000 dives under their belt. They are meticulous in their work to ensure the highest standards and safety of the dive team. They were the perfect mix of knowledgeable, friendly and competent instructors for the task that easily puts someone anxious about being under water for extended durations at ease.
