"Not necessarily a family friendly business. Young children and decent people getting hair cuts exposed to a male employee with his pants purposely below his butt cheeks, showing a thong for everyone to see while walking as around and cutting hair! Very inappropriate. I won't be back if he's working."

"My 5 year old needed to have her hair washed before her haircut. It is totally REASONABLE to ask a place to wash a child’s hair before cutting (especially if it’s long). They have one wash bowl, and it is NOT designed for the ability to use for a child. Despite a booster! Her hair cut is AWFUL! I look at her from a distance and can see the choppiness of it. Longer hairs sticking out. One side is shorter, and choppy as well (even in a ponytail). I asked for only a trim (not a fancy or difficult haircut). I asked for 3 inches to be taken off… she “eyed” it, and said 1.5 inches was 3. I corrected that mistake before she cut it. She measured it with a ruler, and admitted I was correct. My daughter was NOT wiggly! I also held her face gently as an extra measure of making sure she didn’t tilt it to the side. She had to be reminded to tilt her head down here and there - but, let’s be real… adults need that reminder! She did not wiggle or make it difficult in any way. Now, I will say that the hairdresser was friendly and kind. And, I appreciate that! BUT… the hair cut was terrible! I won’t be going back!"

"Took my two year old in for his first haircut and was completely unimpressed. Place was empty and all we got was blank stares and frowns from the employees. The woman that helped us made zero attempts to make him feel comfortable. We ended up leaving without getting his hair cut because it was so awkward and uninviting."
