"Moved into a new home with a pool in late 2019. Opened pool in 2020. Never had a pool before and there were some issues (leaking mainly). While the staff at the Salem/Roanoke location was friendly and helpful, the service tech was not to be recommended. He was nice, but I had him look for leaks (got in the pool to look for holes and did a sonar) and found nothing. Had him come back for a pressure test and still found nothing. Had to pay for all of this. I had my kids look for holes afterwards and they immediately started finding them. Got a new liner from another company and there was still a leak. Relying on his pressure test, I have been pulling my hair out to find what is going on. Turns out that the return has a sizeable leak he should have found, but failed to do so. If you want supplies, go to Amazon or online. Much cheaper. If you need service, call someone else or use YouTube. YouTube was what helped me finally figure this out. If it wasn't for the friendly staff, I would give Aqua Pros a 0 zero, if possible."
